1	BJ Berquist	BJ Berquist is an art teacher at the Loysville Youth Development Center, a residential male juvenile correctional facility in central Pennsylvania, USA. She was involved in the planning of the Civil Rights Forum held in TAPPED IN in May, 1998, leads several discussions at TAPPED IN, and is a Help Desk volunteer. BJ is an Associate Educator at TAPPED IN and edits the Tapis Newsletter and the Events Calendar. 2	Michael Coghlan	Michael Coghlan has designed and delivered online courses in ESL, eModeration, and Using Online Technologies, and is an online instructor for the Graduate Certificate in eLearning delivered by Adelaide Institute of TAFE. He has written widely on issues to do with elearning, and presented at several international conferences, both physically and as a remote presenter. As a Flexible Learning Leader for the Australian Flexible Learning Framework in 2003 Michael researched the use of online voice technologies. 2	Jeff Lebow Dave Cormier	Jeff Lebow began his educational career as an elementary sschool teacher in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After receiving a Master's Degree in Training and Learning Technologies, he moved to Asia where he taught English as a Foreign Language for 10 years. Since 1997, he has managed a variety of websites, explored the educational and cross cultural possibilities of webcasting, and worked toward building Worldbridges as a global network of homegrown webcasting Dave Cormier started his teaching career in 1998 in South Korea, and started teaching online in 2000. He is currently the project manager for the digital library at UPEI in Charlottetown. His ed-tech interests include, podcasting, Elgg, Wordpress, Wiki's, the idea of publishing work to the internet as performance, and theorizing about the future of education. 3	Barbara Dieu Graham Stanley	Barbara has been teaching English to secondary school students at the Franco-Brazilian school in São Paulo for 20 years. Since 1997, she has become more and more involved in ICT(http://the_english_dept.tripod.com/index.html) and had her students participate and contribute to many international projects online. She coordinates the Foreign Language Department, belongs to the ICT committee and represents This is Our Time project for French and Portuguese speaking countries (http://www.timeproject.org). 4	Geoff Kaye	Geoff Kaye is a developmental optometrist and a researcher involved in providing of services to students with learning difficulties. For the past three years he has worked with instructional designers and educationists to bring low-cost online learning environments within the reach of tutors and students living in remote locations where specialized services are not easily available. Geoff is passionate about developing means for providing these services to developing countries and is currently working with schools in Mozambique, Kenya, Indonesia and China. 4	Jane Bozarth	Jane Bozarth has been a training practitioner since 1989. She has a Master’s degree in Training and Development/Technology in Training from NC State University, and is presently finishing her doctorate. Jane’s career began as a staff development specialist with the NC Department of Health and Human Services, then Training Director forthe Justice Department. Her interest in online learning, ignited in graduate school, led to her position as E-Learning Coordinator with the North Carolina (USA) Office of State Personnel. She enjoysbusiness writing and in addition to her regular column in "Training" magazine Jane has also published in other trade and academic journals. 4	Andrew Pincon	Andrew Pincon is Chairman of the Inner City Computing Society a technology infrastructure provisioning, non-profit, providing design/build, turn-key infrastructure services to US Computer Training Centers (CTC) and the Chairman of the Digital Workforce Education Society. Mr. Pincon is also President and CEO of Alado Development, Ltd, a consulting engineering practice, with clients like the US Small Business Administration, The IL Department of Commerce and Community Affairs, OSHA, US Postal Service, Compaq Computer Corp. and Qwest Telecommunications. He is a member of Illinois Governor's Small Business Task Force and the Illinois eGovernment Working Group and on a number of other Chicago and Illinois technology committees. 5	Isabel Pérez Torres	Isabel is currently the coordinator of the international e-learning networks in the virtual learning centre of the University of Granada (Spain). She holds a PhD from the University of Granada. She has participated in regional, national and European projects all related to ICT and the educational use of the Web and e-learning. She has taking part in several workshops and international conferences in the field of CALL and eLearning. She got "The European Label for innovation in language teaching and learning" by the Sَcrates Agency in 2005. She has developed and maintained a website devoted to Secondary Education and English as a second language http://www.isabelperez.com/. 6	Aiden Yeh Rita Zeinstejer	Aiden is a PhD candidate at the University of Birmingham. Her research interests are Teacher Professional Development (TPD), Educational Policies and Change, English Language Teaching (ELT) Management, and blended learning. She¡¦s a Webhead and a member of TESOL¡¦s Electronic Village Online 2004-2005 Sessions coordinating team. She teaches at Wen Zao Ursuline College of Foreign Languages in Taiwan. She is also a Cambridge Oral Examiner, Area Manager for Advanced Courses, and Self Access, Laboratory and Multimedia Coordinator. Rita has given several PPT Presentations on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and CMC (Computer Mediated Communication) for Language Learning in my place, and in Brazil, after having travelled to Cambridge in August, 1999, for a course on the use of computers for Language Learning.
